The process for your property consultant to find you a rental property is similar in nature to that of the property finding process. The key difference being that a search for a rental property is often concluded quicker due to the fast moving pace of the rental market and, often, our clients need to move into a property at short notice. Your Garrington property consultant will work tirelessly on your behalf in order to identify and secure the right rental property for you according to your individual requirements regarding timing, budget, location and type of property.

Prior to beginning the detailed search for your rental property, your Garrington property consultant will, if required, provide you and your family with an area familiarisation tour. This will provide you with additional insight into the areas of the South West you are considering renting within. During the tour we will highlight to you what each area has to offer architecturally, education, transport as well as local services and leisure facilities.

On finalising and agreeing a detailed brief with you, our property consultant will commence their search for a suitable rental property. This comprehensive and thorough search will identify each and every suitable property on the market and through their network of contacts may identify other opportunities for rentals not generally available. Where possible, and dependent on the urgency of the rental, your property consultant will preview all suitable properties in advance of your viewing.

On completion of the initial search and once your property consultant has conducted initial viewings, we will liaise closely with you to arrange viewing dates and times that work around your busy calendars to ensure convenience at all times. Your property consultant will attend each viewing with you and offer their expert opinion and answer any further questions you have during the viewing or afterwards.
